Tasawar Iqbal*, Nadeem Ahmed

ABSTRACT

Rheumatoid arthritis is a long-lasting problem where the immune system attacks the joints causing pain and making it hard for people to move. Traditional treatments can often have serious side effects, even though they help with the symptoms. This study suggests a new way to treat rheumatoid arthritis using bamboo extract in small particles. This new method uses the healing powers of bamboo extract, which is known for reducing inflammation, fighting against harmful substances, and strengthening the immune system. The therapy can be given accurately using PLGA nanoparticles. This study wants to see if nanoparticles filled with bamboo extract can help with rheumatoid arthritis symptoms and make the disease progress more slowly. The study is trying to explain bamboo extract can reduce inflammation and act as an antioxidant. It also looks at PLGA nanoparticles can help release the bamboo extract in a controlled way. In addition, the study shows that current treatments for rheumatoid arthritis are not very good and they need to find better ways to help patients without causing bad side effects. Moreover, the research studies of nanoparticles can be used to deliver medicine and the benefits of bamboo extract for treating rheumatoid arthritis. It builds on previous research about the causes of the disease to manage and other ways to treat. Furthermore, its discoveries can be used in real life medical care. The goal is to use this knowledge to improve and treat patients. It highlights the need for thorough testing, getting official approval, and involving specialists and patients in using these new medical methods.
