ABSTRACT
I publish a generic response letter to those who write to me to receive articles to publish, conferences to participate in, as I cannot satisfy their requests without being inconsistent with myself. As a man free from partisan interests, a designer and inventor, I have always tried to understand and propose the best industrial and environmental solutions, trying to overcome the current scientific and technological state of the art. Unfortunately, the current world production and energy system has not only produced global warming and an unequal distribution of world wealth, it has reached a dead end, as it is much simpler and cheaper to extract clean energy directly from the environment than try to clean up fossil energy which still accounts for 80% of the world's energy. In fact, no world government has ever made a serious attempt to clean up fossil energy, because if it had done so, it would have realized that it is not economically worth investing in such processes since clean Earth energy, ready for use, is everywhere , but it is invisible and impalpable. To extract it, it is necessary to carefully observe some natural phenomena and simultaneously apply some fluid-dynamic scientific principles and some technologies, above all mechanical and electromagnetic, which have already been available on planet Earth for over 150 years. The undersigned who has solved, at least virtually, this huge problem, governments, science, politics, entrepreneurs and the media, is treated as the inventor of "hot water". Instead, I invented a perennial scientific windfall that falls from the sky. Not at the request of governments and multinationals that have never cooperated. But of individual users who need clean energy without the costs of extraction, refining, purification, transport in fixed and mobile plants. Obviously, this is not a single invention, but a series of related inventions accessible to all. All world entrepreneurs will be able to improve them technologically by drawing the right profit, but without speculating on the energy source which is the gravitational force and the atmospheric air, not even on the energy carrier which is the very simple water. It would be right for the inventor's copyright to be recognized as well as all authors of intellectual works are recognized, but this is not a scientific problem, but one of international justice. Because inventors cannot be forced to become entrepreneurs to demonstrate the validity of their inventions, especially if these, as in the case of the undersigned, are not commercial inventions, but a rational and interactive connection between different scientific principles and technologies.
